My name is Stanton Bonhomme and I received my Williem Marion Branham biography books. I am from SOUTH AFRICA and I am very greatful and thankful for receiving these books. It has meant a lot for me because my dad has always spoken to me since I was a child about pastor BRANHAM and his word. My dad was in the crowd when Paster BRANHAM made his appearance in South Africa at the Greyville race course and told me he saw first hand the miracles which pastor Branham performed. December 30, 2006 - 11:48 AM David from United States When I was 16 I had a good start on becoming an alcoholic and drug addict. My parents tried everything to no avail. I met a guy at work who was different than the rest of the guys. Come to find out he was a Jehovah Witness. So I started bible studies with him. About 4 months into it I realized that I was getting worse instead of better. A friend told me about some house meetings and encouraged me to go. It was the first time that I had come in contact with the Spirit of Christ. Later I went up and prayed with the people who were holding the meetings. I walked out of there free of everything. I can't explain what happened but something had happened. I told my Jehovah Witness friend about it and he informed me that it was of the devil. Finally I asked him, I have been studying these books with you and I was still addicted to everything, and I went up and said a simple prayer with those people and something happened.
The house meetings broke up when the people found out that there was a prophet involved. So some of us started traveling 50 miles to attend meetings.

One by one everyone walked away from it. Finally, I told the Lord in prayer one day if this is your prophet you are going to have to show me. He did, right there, right then. It was settled for me and it didn't matter what anyone else said or believed. I knew that it was the truth.
I was still living at home since I was only 17. I was in my room listening to one of the prophet's messages on a reel to reel tape. My mom come in the room and asked me who that was on the tape and I told her. She said, he baptized me in the Ohio River when I was 13 and that she use to attend his meetings as a young girl with my grandma. As it turns out my grandparents lived next door to Brother Branhams parents. My grandpa and his dad use to make moonshine together. My grandpa was the one who got him his job with the utility company. My grandma had lots of pictures of the Branhams including one of Brother Branham holding my mother when she was a baby. We have sent most of them to Joseph. You could imagine my surprise to find out all of this, after the fact.
I'm 50 years old now and I am ashamed to say that I have spent most of my adult life running from the very thing that could help me. The only thing I can say is, the harder you run the harder you fall. You can't run fast enough or hard enough to get away from God. The very thing that you are running away from is the very thing you will run into. Thank God for His Mercy and His Grace!
Who would of thought that 40+ years later and over 200 miles away that I would come in contact with HIS message and His prophet.
I said all of this hoping that it will be an encouragement to someone of His Love, Grace, and His undying Faithfulness. He said if I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto myself. So Be It!!!
