L-47 Reverently, here it is. The Angel of the Lord is hanging over a lady right out here to my left. She's suffering with trouble with her feet and her legs. That is right. That... Mrs. Tilton, that's your name, isn't it? Stand up to your feet. I do not know you, do I? Never seen you in my life. You are healed. You've touched the High Priest that can be touched by the feeling of your infirmities. Oh, how we thank our Lord.
Now, be real reverent. Somehow the Light still hangs to the woman. She was sitting there praying, "Lord, let it be me." If that's right, wave your hand back and forth, lady, so they can see you. There you are. God in heaven knows that my Bible, I've never seen the woman in my life. How would He know her and what her trouble was and who she was? If that ain't the same thing He did in the Bible then I don't know the Bible. How many believes it, say, "Amen." Fine. Be reverent. You shall see more if the Lord wills it. Now, up in the balconies keep praying now. All right, no matter where you are, just keep praying. [Hebrews 4:15]

L-48 Somehow that Light is still hanging over the woman, but it's something else that's wrong. No, it isn't. It's the next woman to her, and that woman has a--a growth on the breast. That's right, lady. Stand to you feet just a minute so I can catch your spirit. And that growth is on your left breast. That's right. You're Mrs. Woodward. Return home and get well. Don't fear about that cancer, Jesus Christ heals the sick and the afflicted. If thou canst believe...
There It goes to a little lady, kind of aged, with a little stripe around her hat, setting just about two rows behind there. It's coming down to her at this time. She's suffering with gallbladder trouble. Do you believe, lady, that the Lord will heal you, on the end of the row? You got heart trouble too, setting at the... Yes, ma'am. Do you believe that He makes you well? You were praying, the reason you didn't get me, you were praying, suffering with galls trouble and with heart trouble. That's right. Raise your hands if that's right. You're setting there praying. It was a double thing: the lady setting next to you has gallbladder trouble also, setting next to you. Stand on your feet, lady, because it has left both of you (Amen.); it's turned light. What did they touch? They touched the High Priest. But they're twenty yards from me. It isn't me; it's the Christ. He bears record of Hisself, He's the High Priest. He still lives tonight.

L-49 You are praising the Lord, setting there, sir. You have diabetes. I don't know you, do I? Stand to your feet just a minute. Just stay right there. There's something wrong in your... Yeah, diabetes, something wrong in your blood. Do you believe me to be His prophet, or His servant, with all your heart? I believe that. I cannot heal you, sir. I have no way of healing you, but you touched something that's brought... You're aware that something's going on. Exactly. You're not from this city. You're not from this city. You're from a place called Pittsfield, Maine. That's right. Your name is Mr. Silas Perkins. That's exactly right. THUS SAITH THE LORD. That's right. Do you believe? Go home and be well then. Accept your healing and go home and be made well.
A little lady there with a little thing on her dark dress... She's suffering with ulcers. And do you believe me to be His prophet, His servant? You also have varicose veins. If that's right, raise up your hand. Do you believe now? Get well. If Jesus Christ... If you... I got faith enough to touch Him, surely you have faith enough to accept Him now. If thou canst believe... [Mark 9:23]

L-50 What do you think, setting there praying, with that black--back trouble, sitting there? Sir, do you believe that God will heal you of it? You do? Stand up and accept it. Do you believe?
There's a lady setting in front of you with her hand up like this, suffering with a chest trouble. That's right. You're praying for your husband setting next to you too. He drinks and you want to get... That's right. Oh, that's THUS SAITH THE LORD...?... Right. Sir, accept it now. That thing will leave. You don't want to do that; you're too much of a gentleman for that. Believe Him. How many of you believe with all your heart? Do you believe His Presence is here? Then the Christ that stood and said that the queen of Sheba would stand in the last days and condemn the generation that seen Him do that, and here He is at the end of the Gentile age doing the same.

L-51 Now, there's no man can heal you. Healing is already done by God. He was wounded for our transgressions; with His stripes we were healed. The only thing that anyone can do is to get you accept something that he's already done. Do you believe that? The Scripture does say, "These signs shall follow them that believe. If they lay their hands on the sick, they shall recover." Is that right? Well, how many believers have we got, raise up your hand. Then lay your hands on one another. If you're believers let's prove it to God you are a believer.
Up in the balconies... You, sir, that's got that prostate trouble, setting out there by that post. It's all over now. You can go home. It's well. That's... Young lady there with that TB, it's finished.
Oh, don't you understand that His Presence is here. You're in the Presence of the living God, not a man, but a real God Who didn't live only two thousand years ago, but lives tonight right here in this Presence now. [Isaiah 53:5], [Mark 16:17-18]

L-52 O Lord God, You see their hands laying on each other. And I pray that You'll give them faith. What more could You do, Lord? You've declared Yourself to be here, and I ask that a great, spontaneous power of the Holy Ghost will surge through this people just now and heal every person that's in Divine Presence.
Satan, you have held them captive so long but you're exposed tonight. Jesus is coming soon for a church, and He's trying to give them rapturing faith. Come out of this audience, thou spirit of the devil that's bound them. I adjure thee, by the living God, that you come out, in the Name of Jesus Christ.
Every person here, no matter how crippled, whatever you was, if you believe Jesus Christ to be here and He's present, stand up to your feet. I don't care who you are, stand up. Wave your crippled hands through the air. Now, it's all over. You are healed in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ...?...

L-54 Is this the first woman? All right, now, I'm asking your undivided attention for just a few minutes. Now, don't move around; set real still. Be reverent. Now, here, all the preaching that I have done and all the rest, this Bible declares Him to be the same today as He was then. Now, if that isn't so, then what good's that Bible? If it is so, let's embrace it and die with it, for He's still God. If He is God, He keeps His promise. If He doesn't keep His promise, He isn't God. So I know He's God. Now, here's where I stand, by a Divine gift to represent Him. To represent Him, not represent myself, I have nothing to do into it.
If you didn't believe what I was saying, I could stand here hour after hour and nothing would take place. It's you doing that, it's not me. It's your own faith. Why do you bring people up here? Well, this way I've got a person singled out to me. Last night there was a great group, hundreds come to Christ. Then there's such a blast in the meeting; visions begin to break over the meeting before it ever started. See? But here tonight... I've combed through that crowd last night; we didn't get too many tonight. So being just a little weary, I called a prayer line to get person standing here so the anointing could get started first, then it'll go out through there. See? First it'll fly past one right on the platform, go way back yonder up in the balconies and get it. How many seen that done? Sure. God, You just move right out from the people. People standing here on the platform never get healed. Them out there get healed. Depends on what you believe.

L-55 I'm getting the woman here. I've never seen this woman. She might be a hypocrite; she might be an infidel; she might be a deceiver. I don't know who she is. She might be a saint; I don't know. But this is a picture just like it was at the well, a woman and a man meeting for their first time. I suppose this is our first time meeting, is that right?
Now, if the Lord Jesus remains the same yesterday, today, and forever, if He stood here with this suit on that He give me down in Africa... And if He was standing here with this suit on, and the woman said, "I'm sick. Will You heal me, Lord?" I want to ask you now (be careful), could He heal her? No, sir. He can't do what He's already done. See? He's already did it. She'd say, "I'm a sinner; save me."
He said, "I've already did it; you want to accept it?" Is that right? When you accept Him as your personal Saviour, as emancipator...
Now, if I said to the woman, as God's servant, "Lady, you're sick. I lay my hands on you; you're going to get well." That could be true. She could wonder about that.
She'd say, "Yes, I believe Brother Branham might be a good man. But that was Brother Branham." But now, what if something happens here, and goes back in her life, and brings her cause out here that I don't know and tells it? Then that takes more than Brother Branham. Is that right? It takes a supernatural Being.
The Pharisees said, "It's Beelzebub."
The real believers said, "He's the Son of God." Would you believe it was the Son of God? The Lord bless you.
Now, in the Name of Jesus Christ I take every spirit in here under my control for the glory of God. Be reverent. [Hebrews 13:8]

L-56 Now, lady, here we are again, the first time we've ever met in life. If that's so, raise up your hand. We were probably born years apart, miles apart, great deal older than you. This is our first time of meeting. But if the Lord God, the Lord Jesus that talked to a woman at the well until He found where her trouble was and told her her trouble... You may... Did you ever read that story? And she had--was living in adultery. And when He told her that, she recognized; she didn't call Him Beelzebub, she said, "Sir, You must be a prophet. We know when the Messiah cometh, He will tell us these things."
He said, "I'm He talks to you."
And she ran into the city and said, "Come, see a Man, that told me the things I've done; isn't this the Messiah?"
Now, if He's the same yesterday, today and forever, He'd have to act the same, 'cause I've made it clear that He's already done the healing. Now, if He was standing here, then it's already healed if you're sick. I don't know if you're sick. But if He--if you are sick, or if you're in financial need, if it's a spiritual need, if it's, oh, anything, He could reveal it to you being the Son of God, if the Father would reveal it to Him, because He said, "I do nothing till the Father shows Me first." If He will do that, you will accept it? Will the audience do the same? The Lord bless you now. Be reverent.
You say, "Brother Branham, you're stalling." Yes, sir, I'm waiting for that anointing. If it doesn't come, I just have to, well, dismiss the audience and go home. It's all I know to do. But It did come. All right. [John 4:19, 25, 29], [Hebrews 13:8], [John 5:19]

L-57 Now, if the audience can still hear my voice, the woman seems to be going from me. She's aware that something's going on, for her spirit knows that standing before a man wouldn't make her feel like that. That Angel of Light that you see on the picture is right between me and the woman. And the woman's suffering; what she wants me to pray for is an extreme nervous condition that she's suffering with. And she has a goiter inwardly like, that she wants me to pray for. That's the truth. If that's right, lady, wave your hand.
You believe? Now, whatever it was, I don't know. It's on the tape. But let her be the judge. Now, the same Lord Jesus that knowed where a woman's trouble was in the days gone by, the first time they met, here He is tonight working through His church. "I'm the Vine; you're the branches." The branches bear the fruit. "Little while the world won't see Me no more (That's this church age.), but ye shall see Me (the church in the end time) for I'll be with you, even in you," the end time. [John 15:5]

L-58 Now, you say, "You guessed that, Brother Branham, whatever it was." Just disease or something, affliction? All right. I asked the tape boy, it was just affliction or disease. Let's talk to the woman (See?) then, so it'll take all the superstitions from you. There might be something else wrong with her; I don't know. If there is, don't think of it. Just--just, go ahead, be yourself. Just believe that you're in His Presence.
Yes, the woman has a nervous goiter. She's extremely nervous too. She's always dropping things. And she's got someone on her heart. That's an elderly woman. She's got cataracts on her eyes; that's her mother. And besides that, she's got a child she's praying for. And that child has some kind of a spells, kind of passes; it's convulsions. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD. That is the truth, lady, isn't it? Wave your hand if that's true. Do you believe that Christ answers your request now? Go, find it. The way you believe, it'll be that way. L-59 "If thou canst believe." Everyone reverent now, be reverent. Just don't know what could happen. I wonder if the audience is aware that what's here. Now, you'll have to admit that's a miracle. How many knows that's a miracle? Does He still perform miracles? Now, it could only come from two resources: the devil or God. I want anybody tell me where they ever heard a devil preaching the Gospel and asking sinners to come to repentance. When did you ever see it work? It doesn't. The Pharisees thought it was. And Jesus said to speak against it when the Holy Ghost was doing it, would be unforgivable. How many knows that? So be reverent. [Mark 9:23]

L-60 We are strangers to each other. I do not know you. If the Lord our God will reveal what you're standing here for, will you believe me to be His servant, that He is risen from the dead and lives tonight? You're here for me to pray for a--a place that should be operated. It's a growth. That is right. If God will tell me where that growth is, will you believe me to be His prophet? It's in your right side. That's right. Go, believe now; you won't have to have your operation.

L-61 I suppose we're strangers, sir. The Lord Jesus one time in His ministry after such had been done, there was a man by the name of Philip who went and found Nathanael and brought Nathanael to the meeting. And there was two men met, Jesus and Nathanael. First time they'd ever met, He said, "You're a good honest man." He could've been a hypocrite. He could've been a Mohammedan. He could--or been a worshipper of some idol; Jesus knowed he was an Israelite, told him where he was before he come.
This is our first time meeting. If Jesus remains... Be real reverent. The vision left the man, was coming on in the Light. Now, be reverent, please don't move around. See? Each one of you is a spirit. We're not dealing with the natural now; we're dealing with spiritual. Each one of you has a soul. You got a spirit. Just one little unbelief, you can feel it, just one little move. It just seem like everything's set. "Oh," you say, "Brother Branham, when was that in the Bible?" When Jesus went to raise Jairus' daughter, they were all carrying on; He put them all out of the building. They led a man on the outside of the crowd, out of the city even, give him his sight.

L-62 Left for some reason, sir. But He's good; He will return. If God will reveal to me what you're here for, you believe me to be His servant? You will? Here it is again. You're aware that something's going on now. You're suffering with something in your back. It's a spinal condition. And it's caused you to be extremely nervous. And you're getting up at night with a prostate trouble, causing you. There's the seat of your nervousness. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD. Besides that, you're a preacher. Correct. And you're praying for someone, a grandson, case of polio. Do you believe with God? Then find it the way you believed it. God bless you.

L-63 We strange to each other? Coming from this section... Be real reverent. Don't doubt, but believe everything. Here it is. It's an old couple setting right here. That darling old mother looking at me, she's suffering with a gallbladder trouble. That's her little husband setting next to her. And he has a bronchitis. And that man's been a soldier, for I see him in battle, wearing a little round helmet. It's gas that caused you to have bronchitis, and you're a soldier from the First World War. THUS SAITH THE LORD. Have faith in God. If thou canst believe...
Setting right back behind there, gallbladder trouble, you believe that the Lord Jesus makes you well too, lady with the little green looking shawl? You had a real funny feeling struck you when I said "gallbladder" to that lady, didn't you? There's a dark streak between you both, and it's both left now. Your faith has made you well. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today. You people, ever who you was that was called, if I don't know nothing about you and never seen you in my life, raise up your hands, if that's right there. There you are. What is it? I never seen the people. What does it represent? Jesus, the One that died and rose again and promised to be in His church and do the same thing. Here He is. Their faith healed them. You have faith and believe. [Hebrews 13:8]

L-64 You're the lady that's to be prayed for? I don't know you, no way of me knowing you. This is our first time to meet. But God knows your life and your heart. If He will reveal to me something that you know I know nothing about, would you accept it, knowing that you and I are going to stand in His Presence some of these days to give an account. You had a lot of up and downs in life all right, trying hard to overcome, black streak behind you. But now that's not what you're standing here about. You've confessed your sins; they're under the Blood. But you're standing here for a friend. And that person's in the hospital, just had a baby. And she's had some sort of attack. That's a asthmatic condition, almost took her life, and you want prayer for her. You believe she'll be made well? Go, find it that way. God bless you. Be reverent.

L-65 How do you do, sir? The Lord God knows us both. You're a man much older than me. I suppose this is our first time meeting. Would I be hypocrite enough to stand here to a man your age if I didn't think I could do something by Christ helping me to help you, sir? If my old daddy would've lived, he'd have been about your age, I guess. I'd give anything tonight to see him. He's passed beyond the veil. You'll go someday and so will I. I'd only do something to serve the best of God could give me ability to do to help you. If God will reveal to me, and tell me something's that's in your life, or something that you're here for, that you know that I know nothing about, would it make you feel like you could accept it? If He knows what you have been, He certainly will know what you will be. If I'd say, "Oh, you're going to be this, that, or the other," you'd have a right to doubt that. But if He tells you what was, if He knows what was, then He surely will know what will be.
You got heart trouble. And I see you trying to do your work and you get down with your hand on your knee, you got arthritis (Exactly right.), Heart trouble and arthritis. You believe me to be His prophet, si--or His servant, sir? Somebody else on your heart. Believe the Lord God could make your wife whole too, that's here with you? She's got a severe back trouble. That's right. That's true. Mr. Barker, you believe that God can make you whole and heal your wife too? Then go, find it that way. God make you...?...

L-66 "If thou canst believe..." What if I didn't tell you a thing and told you why you're setting in a chair that you was healed, would you believe it? You believe it with all... Just go on your way 'cause you are.
What if I told you you could eat your supper, your stomach trouble was gone, would you believe it? Go, eat it.
You believe that God could heal diabetes and make you well? Just keep going and saying, "Thank You, Lord, make me well." You can have it. Have faith in God.
Nervous and stomach trouble, too. You believe that God make you well? Go on your road and rejoice and say, "Thank You, Lord." [Mark 9:23], [Mark 11:22]

L-67 Come, sir. Heart trouble and suffering a little arthritis, do you believe that God will make you well? Just keep walking.
You believe that God will heal that diabetes for you? Then just rise up and keep going on; keep moving; believe.
Look here, young lady, you believe God will heal that female trouble for you? Keep going.
Heart trouble and nervousness, just keep moving on.
Asthmatic condition, just keep going on, believing God.
Come, sir. Diabetes is nothing for the Lord God; just keep going, believing with all your heart.

L-68 What do you think, lady? You believe God would heal you? You believe it with all your heart? You believe me to be God's servant? I don't know you, do I?
Now, just a moment, please. Something happened in the audience. That man, was you on the platform just now, sir? A Light surround... No, it's the lady right behind him on the end back there suffering with internal troubles. You believe that God will make you well, lady? Stand up to your feet and accept Christ then. God bless you. That elderly lady setting there next to you, she's troubled with arthritis. Would you lay your hand over on her, lady, the one that was just healed? Believe it now, lady. You be made well, while the blessing's on the woman, she'll pass it to you. If thou canst believe, all things are possible. Do you believe that? [Mark 9:23]

L-69 What about you, young lady, setting there with your hand up to your mouth, you believe God can heal that goiter for you and make you well? Raise up your hand if you believe it. I challenge your faith. The lady setting next to you, crying there, she's got ulcers on her, and leg trouble, and heart trouble. That's right, lady. If you believe God will heal you? Raise up your hand. Pray. Some of you touch Him.
Here's a little old woman, setting here with these flowers on her hat, hand down, praying. You believe God can tell me what she's praying about? Darling looking little old mother, she's praying for her boy, grandson's got polio. That's right, isn't it, lady? God bless you.
You believe God can tell me what you're praying about? He's God.

L-70 Is this lady? Is this... If God will reveal to me what your trouble is, you believe me? Thank you. You got little cysts all through your body. That's right. Yes, sir. And He will tell you so that you'll be sure to know; you got someone here with you that has to leave: cousin, got chest trouble. Tell him it's over. He can go home anyhow. L-56 Now, if I said, "This boy setting here, he's healed."... I don't know him; I don't know none of them. Well, if I--I say, "This boy's healed," he'd have a right to doubt that. But if the Holy Spirit will go back and tell him where his trouble is, like He did the woman at well, then that's the Holy Spirit. May He grant it. Then I'm going to invite you to the altar.
How many sick people's in the building, raise their hands and say by that, "God, be merciful and heal me tonight." Raise up your hands, everywhere in the building...?... All right, you can put your hands down. Just trying to get a conception of where it was.
Let's get right in here and see if the Lord God... May He grant it, friends. Remember, I'm your brother. It takes your faith; I've explained it night after night. Doesn't need it now. I want you to know the handwriting's on the wall. You see that with your eye. Christ promised to do these things when He re--at just before His return. That's right. Typed it all through the Bible. I don't know you, do I? I'm a stranger to you. If that's right, just raise up your hand. The man behind you stood up. It's the Light over him I'm watching. We've never met in our life. There's something... You're aware that something's going on out there now. If that's right, wave your hand like this. Now, that Angel, that Light, hangs right over the man. If God will tell me where your trouble is, just like He did through Christ told the woman where her trouble was, will you accept it? Will you? It's something about blood. No, it ain't, it's arteries, artery trouble. If that's right, wave your hand like this. You're a fine man. You believe you're healed now? You believe... If you believe it, wave your hand like this. L-58 I tell you something. You believe me to be His prophet now, His servant, Christ's servant? The rest of you believe that? He said, "If you get the people to believe you..."

You did have one; you don't have it now. God blessed you and your ear trouble is cured. What did she do? She never touched me; she touched the High Priest, Jesus Christ. He's here. The handwriting's on the wall in a symbol. Christ is here in the believer. Do you believe Him?

L-59 Let's bow our head just a moment. How many want's to receive Him now, as your Saviour and your Lover. Raise your hands to Him. Will you? Say, "Me, Lord. Me, Lord." Look all over the building: up in the balconies. "Me, Lord. I know You're here. I can see and know sputniks in the skies. The handwriting's on the wall. This nation's gone. We are all gone, nothing left, no hope at all outside of Christ. I want You Christ. I'm a church member, but I haven't got the Spirit of God in my heart. Be merciful to me, God." Raise up your hand. Put it up. If you're ashamed now, you...?... too early in the morning to be ashamed. Raise up your hand. Tell Him from your heart, "I love You, Christ." God bless you.

If you're ashamed now, what will He do when He comes? What will the man who may never live to see, or make another decision? This may be your final one. What about over here? L-60 There's people setting here that's old in ages, that's pulled your heart through those "True Story" magazines, and uncensored television programs, till you're so muddy and black and dark till your heart can't be touched no more. You've passed the place between mercy and judgment. And that little tender heart--hearted boy raised his hand up like that. Shame on you. God's Word... God's judgment... God's Spirit... What more can we do? Let us stand.
I feel strange. Brother, sister, I'm doing my level best, by the help of God, to lay the foundation. I believe that you believe me to be His servant. And unless this church has built upon the Rock of Jesus Christ, with the--His power, His Holy Spirit, His sanctifying Blood, that cleanses from all unrighteousness, you're fighting the wind. Every one of you here friends. It takes all together to bring this revival. Let us pray and ask God to send us a real old fashion revival, pour out His Spirit on New England, and set these ministers hearts afire throughout the country, and save such as can be saved in...?... mercy. Let us raise our hands while I say...?...

L-62 Now, they'll... If something... If I said, "Lady, you're sick. I'm going to put my hands on you; you're going to get well." Now, you could--you could believe that. That'd be all right. See? That would be okay, and but... Yet she could have a doubt, but if the Holy Spirit, Christ, remains the same, will go back in her life and tell her something that she knows I know nothing about, then if He knows what has been, He surely will know what will be. Is that right? There's the miracle of it.
Now, the Lord be blessed and just... You say, "What are you doing, Brother Branham?" I'm waiting for His anointing, the Angel of the Lord. Now, you just pray with me, silently, quietly, while I just see what He would say. I got maybe to talk to the woman, being the first in the city here, and it's--and it's not making her a--this is the one to be dealing with. But just happened to be that you had that--that card, and here you are. And those out there who doesn't have cards, they're waiting just for their part.

L-63 But God knows you; I do not know you. He knowed you ever since you was born. All the air that you breathe, He's gave it to you. All the food that you've eaten, the clothes that you have, has been given to you by God. You believe that, do you? You do. Then if the Lord God is so good, and then will let me know what your trouble is, like you say, if you have some disease or something wrong--if He will tell me that, you will believe me then, won't you? Do you believe it come from Him and He's interested in you? See, I'm trying to build your faith to a place to get the anointing on you, sister. See, see? Say now, if you'll just--if you'll just--just look this way now, and just believe. Just keep thinking with your heart. You just watch this way, and let Him do the talking. See? You just keep believing. See what He says.

L-64 Now, there's someone in the audience with a greater faith than stands here. See?...?... Yes, here it is. The woman's not here for herself; she's here for someone else. That's your grandchild. Through the school... It has multiple sclerosis, and you're here for prayer for that child. That's the truth. Raise your hand, if that's the truth. Uh-huh. Do you believe it gets it's healing? All right, then go and find it just the way you've ask, and it'll be that way. All right, sir, then fine. If you believe it, then go rejoicing, thanking the Lord, and find it just the way you've believed it. See?
Have faith now. Do you believe that was Him? See? I can't heal, have no power to heal. But He can't heal now. See? It's your faith in His finished work. See? After His finished the work, two thousand years He's still here. Be real reverent.

L-65 I don't believe I know you either. The Lord knows both of us, doesn't He? Do you believe that God will grant to you the things that... Somebody in the audience... Now, be real reverent. The Scripture says, "If thou canst believe, all things are possible." Have faith in God.
Here It is. It's a lady, setting right back out here, right behind that young gentleman there with the--the checked-looking shirt on, spotted. Lady setting right behind him is suffering with a elephantitis that she's wanting God to heal her from. Do you believe that God will heal you, lady, and make you well? Setting right back, straight behind a young man there, do you believe with all your heart? She's got her head down praying, kind of a heavy-set lady, with a little jacket like on. If you believe with all your heart, you can have what you've asked for. [Mark 9:23]

L-66 It leaves the woman. It comes to another faithful person, a lady setting here's got varicose veins, setting here, looking right at me. setting right down here. Do you believe God healed you, lady? You do? All right, you can have your healing. God bless you. You don't have a prayer card. You don't need one. See? Your faith did it. There you are. What did she touch?
I don't know you, do I, lady? Never seen you in my life as far as I know of. You're just a stranger that sets there. No prayer card, nothing, just come in, set down. What did you do? You--You know that somethings happened to you, don't you? If that's right, wave your hands back and forth like this. Sure. See? Your faith did it. What did she do? Touch me? She touched the High Priest, Jesus Christ, and He give to her the desire of her heart. [Hebrews 4:14-15]

L-67 Here's a lady setting right back here that's got the same thing, setting with a little pin on, or a little flower on her, like that, varicose veins. That's right lady, isn't it? Raise up your hand, if that's right. That's who; it's the lady, right here with the little pink flower on her coat, elderly lady with glasses on. I don't know you, do I, lady? You accept your healing too? God bless you then. Go, and receive it.
You know why It's left this woman here? You know why It left and went out there? Not because she hasn't faith; she has. She don't know what I'm talking about. She doesn't understand English too well. She's a Finn. You're here from Finland, Finland. Kiitos. Heart trouble. It's all gone now, on your road...?... Jesus, Jesus. How'd I know that? From near to Lapland. If thou canst believe. Are you believing? Just have faith in God. [Mark 9:23]

L-68 We are strangers to each other, sir, I suppose? But the Lord God knows us both. This would be, as far as I know, the first man that's come in the line. All right.
Let's take this as a Bible picture. When Philip went and got Nathanael, I was talking about tonight, and brought Nathanael, and he'd told him about knowing who Peter was, and so forth, coming over. Do you believe that same Jesus lives tonight? Do you believe in the audience, that He lives? You are suffering with a kidney trouble, and with a heart trouble. That is true. If that's right, raise up your hand.
You say, "You might have guess that, Brother Branham." Oh, no. It isn't a guess, my friend. Here, let's talk to the man just a little longer. It come from somewhere out there; I couldn't catch where it was. [John 1:42-51]

L-69 I don't know you, do I, sir? We're strangers, but what I said was the truth. Then that wasn't my voice; it was Somebody else's voice. Do you believe it was the voice of Christ speaking like He said He'd speak? [The man said, "I know it was."--Ed.] That's right, sir. All right. If you believe like that, then you'll see greater things. Do you believe that? [Man says, "I do."--Ed.] All right, sir. Then you've got a wife here, and she's--she's suffering with headaches and a nervous trouble. That's right, isn't it? [Man says, "That's right."--Ed.] Yes, sir. And your name is Mr. Green, isn't it? [The man says, "That's right."--Ed.] All right, go on your road; you're healed. You'll see greater things...?... God bless, on your road. If thou canst believe. Do you believe? All things are possible. Just real reverent.

L-70 The little lady setting back there, right next to the gentlemen setting next to the end back there, suffering with arthritis, do you believe the Lord Jesus will make you well, lady? Setting right back here, setting right here, next on this middle row, section right back... Say, do you see Light above the woman? Now, if she will just see it and accept it. There it is. She's got her head down; she's praying. Will you believe it, lady? The little pink-looking dress on. If thou canst believe, all things are possible to them that believe. But you see, It left her. She must respond; you must do as you're told quickly. Be on alert, watching. Grace is a wonderful thing. See? Be alert, be watching.

L-71 Never left the audience yet. Don't press yourself; just be relaxed. Say, "Lord Jesus, I believe You." Well, you should believe, shouldn't you. There's nothing else. See, I--I don't heal people. I can't do it. I've never even touched the person. See? You're touching Him. How many gets it now? How many believes it, with all your heart? Well, that ought to settle it then. You shouldn't have to go any further. We got it then.
The lady there with kidney trouble. All right. If you believe it, lady, you can have your healing too. If thou canst believe. And the gentleman also, setting on the end. Thou canst believe, all thing are possible, to you, my brother.

L-72 I don't know you. God does know you, doesn't He? You're suffering with a heart trouble. It's, you're bothered with your heart. I see something happened to you. You been all bothered for quite... It's some kind of a accident, like a car accident, you've been in, what's caused that. That's right. And that's exactly right. Go on your road. Your heart trouble's finished. Jesus Christ makes you well.
Come, lady. I catch that spirit coming there, thinking I'm reading their mind. Touch my hand, lady. If I will tell you by God's Spirit, if He will reveal to me what's wrong with you, and me looking this way, will you--you'll know whether it's truth or not, won't you? All right, sir, then diabetes won't bother you any more. You can go, be well. God bless you. See? Have faith.

L-73 Come lady, touch my hand. If God will heal you of that stomach trouble, will you be happy? Raise up your hand, if you will? Go eat your supper. All right, let's have faith in God. Don't doubt at all.
Come here, lady. If God will heal you of that heart trouble, will you be happy for it? If you will, raise up your hand. Say, "Thank you, Lord." Go on your road and rejoice. Be happy now.
That arthritis gets pretty sore sometimes, doesn't it? Especially when you're trying to get up of a morning, move out of the bed sideways, well, go ahead and believe. It--it--it won't--don't happen any more, if you'll believe it.
Asthma's an awful thing; causes you cough and everything. You believe God will make you well of it? Just keep moving, saying, "Thank you, dear God." Believe with all your heart. Move... Yes. Go believe it with all your heart. Don't doubt.

L-74 Your back's bothering you, so just go ahead and believe God. He will... You believe, every one of you? How many does believe with all your heart? Does the Bible say, "These signs shall follow them that believe"? Did He keep His promise? Is He the same yesterday, today, and forever? If you believe it, raise up your hand.
Well Jesus... The last words He said, "These signs shall follow them that believe. If they lay their hands on the sick, they shall recover." How many knows the Bible says that? Then lay your hands on one another. Put your hands over on each other. Each one of you now, just lay your hands over on one another. Oh, my, He's here. He's not dead. [Mark 16:17-18], [Hebrews 13:8]

L-75 Do you believe, sister. Have trouble quit coughing everything? You'll be all right? Go on your road and be healed in the Name of the Lord Jesus.
If thou canst believe. You can lay your hands on each other, right there, right there as you go. Now, we're getting set for a drama. Somebody lay their hands on somebody near you now. Somebody near you, lay your hands on them. If God keeps this promise, He keeps... What is it? It's the sign that He's here. That is He's the same yesterday, today, and forever, say "Amen," if that's... [Audience says, "Amen."--Ed.] Then if He keeps that Word, He keeps all of His Word. Then He said... If you raised your hand, said you were believers, then He said, "These signs shall follow them that believe." Now, each one of you, in the own way you pray at your church, you pray for the person you got your hands on, and you--they'll pray back for you, each one. I will pray for your--all of you, and you'll see a healing take place here, there won't be a feeble person in your midst, if you'll believe that Jesus Christ is here, right now. There won't be one sick person left in this building, or one feeble person, if you'll believe that He's the same yesterday, today, and forever. And this Spirit that's among us now is Him, vindicating that He's here. Do you believe it now? Let's bow our heads: [Hebrews 13:8], [Mark 16:17]

L-76 Almighty and eternal God, Who we love and believe, and cherish the Son Jesus... Satan has bound these people with sicknesses, fears, doubts, diseases. Lord God, it's near the end time. You might come before morning. And we are so happy to know that we have fellowship in the Presence of the risen Lord Jesus, Who's right here now, proving Himself the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Lord God, give these people faith to believe, each one of them confessing faith, and laying their hands upon some neighbor that's near them, that they are now praying for. And I ask You, God, to give faith that will not take "no" for an answer. Grant it, Lord.

L-77 Now, help me to have faith as I go for--in faith to charge this enemy.
Satan, the enemy, of affliction and sickness, you have no legal rights to hold any of these people. Jesus Christ died for each of them, that they could be healed. His back was beat into whelps and stripes, at--and He hung on Calvary, died, and rose again to come in the form of the Holy Ghost to vindicate to His people, that they might have faith in Him. And every right that you have over sin, was stripped from you at that time. You have no legal right; therefore, you're just a bluff, and we're calling that tonight.
By the witness of the Holy Ghost, that's now present, Who lives in Jesus Christ, the Spirit Who has His picture taken here with us, Who's working with us now, and in us. Thou sickness, of--and diseases that's in the body of these people, I charge thee, in the Name of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, come out of the people, and let them go, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

L-78 Do you believe you're healed? If you do, stand up on your feet right quick, and give God praise. Each one of you, stand up on your feet, and thank the Lord God for your healing. That's good. That's good. Fine. Wonderful. There's healing of the--the sick and the afflicted. Let's raise our hands, now, and just say, "Thank you, Lord." And let's sing this good old song, with our hands up in the air,

L-79 That's right. Man's standing up out of the wheelchair, giving God glory. Believe it, brother; your time is here. Now you know you've got it, don't you? Raise your hands up to him. There it is. A man setting down in a wheelchair, raised right out of the wheelchair, just now.
Washed away each stain.
Raise up your hands now and praise Him in your own way. Thank you, Lord. Praise the Lord, for His goodness and His mercy. He is in the midst of you people; He is your Saviour; He's your Healer. Everyone is healed now. In the Name of Jesus Christ claim it and glorify God. Amen.

L-68 We'll call the prayer line then from some of the prayer cards, and let the Lord God... If He will do here tonight as He did when He was here on earth, how many will receive Him? If you'll see the supernatural Jesus Christ right in our midst here a doing the same thing... All right.
[Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.]... prayer line. I'm just going to let you set right where you are. And you believe what I told you to be the Truth. You believe right where you are. You do like the woman did, the last quotation I made.
Last night, we had the people on the platform. You see what the Holy Spirit done? It revealed your sins. It revealed your life, and tells you what you've done, and what you must do.

L-69 Here was a little, they tell me, a Finnish woman up here last night. I can't speak Finland, yet I was understanding her, and I talking back to her, and she was understanding me. See? The Holy Spirit then healed her standing right here on the platform.
Look up here. Look at your newspapers round in the other parts of your country, here. All across... Look at Congressman Upshaw laying there paralyzed for sixty-six years. And a vision come over the meeting, told him he was healed. He rose right up, trusted his feet and went on normally. King George of England with multiple sclerosis, when I went over and prayed for him. Couldn't even set but just a few minutes at a time. Next day, played twenty-eight holes of golf.
Around and around the world. This is my fifth time around. Believe. That's Jesus.

L-70 Let's take this Scripture. We're late. So let's take this Scripture just a minute. Now, set real quiet. Be reverent.
There's not a person in this building that I know except my own son, setting here, and Dr. Vayle. Yes, I beg your pardon, I know these two ministers, Mr. Sweet and Mr. McCloud, and then my friend, Burt Caul in the back. That's the only person. All that know I'm strange to you, raise up your hands, and don't know nothing of you.
Now, if Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and you... He don't--He's out there where you are. If you'll touch Him with your faith, don't you think He could pull right back this way and say the same thing He did when He was here on earth, if He is the same?
Now, you don't have to come to the platform. Just set there. Have faith. Believe. [Hebrews 13:8]

L-71 Now, every sick person, no matter where you are or what's wrong with you, you just look up to God like this, and say, "Lord God, I--I believe that. That man's quoting the Scripture."
Last night how we went through the Scriptures to show that is exactly what He said He would do now. We're at the end of the Gentile age. Never has been through the two thousand years till now. He's through with the Gentiles. The Church is already formed. The end is at hand. When? I don't know; nobody does. But it's close.
Now, here we are. You're sick. If you're sick, you look to Him and touch Him. Now, it wouldn't do no good to touch me. I'm a man. But you touch Him, and with the gift of the Holy Spirit, which is supernatural, that's here, He could reveal to me right here, and go right here through this audience, and tell you just like He did the woman who had the blood issue, if He's the same.

L-72 Now, last night we was working on something else than the woman at the well. We're working on the woman that touched His garment and so forth now, or like Philip, when he come up with Nathanael out in the audience. You men, just see. Pray. See if He's the same.
Lord God, now It's You. You would not let anything harm Your Scripture. I've seen You when there a half a million standing there in Bombay, India. Hindus, witch-doctors, trying to challenge, and how You paralyzed them, and how You shook that nation.

L-73 We've seen You in Karlsruhe, Germany. How those witch-doctors come and called up that storm by their enchantments and how, standing there, You blew down a wind out of the heavens and scattered the storm. Twenty thousand rushing to the altar-- Communists...
How You raised the little boy in Finland from the dead had been laying there for hours, told it two years before it happened. You're God.

L-74 Let everyone tonight know, Lord, that You're God, that this Christ... All other religions outside of Christianity is wrong. You're the only living God. Mohammed's dead and in the grave. Buddha is dead twenty-three hundred years ago, dead and buried. But there's an empty tomb in Jerusalem. You rose again. Praise be to Thy Name. You're ever-living. If I die this night, You're... The testimony's true. You've proved it by millions around the world. And now, the scientific world's got the picture of It, in Germany, in United States, and the scientists has examined it, and saying It's the only supernatural being ever photographed. You're God.
Let this audience see You're presence, Lord, as I humble myself and submit myself to a gift, the Holy Spirit, may they likewise, for in Christ's Name I ask it. Amen.

L-75 Now, I'll be embarrassed or God's Word is wrong. If I'm... God's Word is right, then God keeps His Word. All the preaching is all right, we believe it. But if God doesn't keep His Word, what good does the preaching do? "If thou canst believe?"
Say, "What are you doing, Brother Branham?"
I'm looking, watching, see what He will do, see that Light. You just pray to God and say, "Help me, Lord God." Yes. You may raise your heads. [Mark 9:23]

L-76 Do you see that? Right over this man setting here looking at me. The man is suffering, setting right here, with his shirt open. I'm a stranger to you, sir. Kinda elderly. You have a rupture. If that's right, raise up your hand. I don't know you; never seen you. Is that true? I couldn't have guessed that, could I, sir? It's the truth. Do you all believe? Now be reverent. That Light still hangs over the man, 'cause some of you was thinking that was a guess. It was not. May God show a vision. Yes, I see the man. He's got a rupture. His wife there also is sick. His wife... Do you believe God can tell me what's wrong with your wife? She has high blood pressure and heart trouble. If that's right, raise your hand. You're not from this city. You're from another city, Portsmouth. That's correct. And your name is Mr. Hudson. That's right. Christ lives. You're healed; both of you can go home, be well.
What did they touch? Do you realize that you're in the presence of God? Reverent, reverent please. Not playing church, now, you're in the presence of the Lord Jesus.

L-77 A man setting right behind him, kept nodding his head to me a few minutes ago. You believe God can tell me your trouble, sir? Would you accept Jesus and believe that it was Him, not me? I don't know you. But if His Spirit's in me, then He will do the works when He was in His son, Christ. You believe that? Yes, sir. Then that colitis that you've had... You've had colitis. It'll not bother you no more. Your name is Mr. Beezley. And if you believe... That's right. You believe with all your heart.
Somewhere else in the building... Here's a lady right back this way. She's suffering with a trouble in her side, a side trouble. She's rather got a dark dress on, middle age woman, wearing glasses. She has tremendous trouble in her side. The lady's not from this city. She's from a place near the border of this state, it's in New Hampshire, it's called Freedom, New Hampshire. Stand up on your feet, lady, if that's true. Rise up and accept your healing. Jesus Christ makes you well.
What did she touch? Tell me what she touched. It wasn't me. What's she doing? What are you people doing? You're touching the High Priest. He's in His church, working, confirming His Word. Believing it... Have faith in God. "If thou canst believe all things are possible." Be reverent. I can only say... Now, all of you up in the balcony, wherever you are, just be reverent. "If Thou canst believe..." [Mark 11:22], [Mark 9:23]

L-78 Gray headed lady, is setting there with su--sugar diabetes, do you believe Jesus will make you well, lady? You were praying then. Let me tell you what you was praying, "Lord God, let it be me." If that's right, wave your hand. Now, how would I know your prayer? See? It's your contact with the Spirit of God.
The man, setting out there on the end, has the same thing. Your name is Mr. King. That's right. You're not from... You're from Vermont. That's right. THUS SAITH THE LORD. That's your wife setting next to you, and she has gland trouble. Correctly. Have faith in God. [Mark 11:22]

L-79 The lady right behind the lady there, setting there looking at me now, praying with her head down, and saying, "Jesus, have mercy to me." She has arthritis, and she also has an allergy that bothers her. Do you believe with all your heart? It'll be over. God will make you well. You accept it. All right, sir. All right, you can have it then. God be merciful.
The next lady's got low blood pressure, and she has trouble with her liver, too. That's right, isn't it, lady. That's right. All right, it's over now. Go home and believe it.

L-80 Way back towards the back, a man setting back there with his head bowed, praying. He has bronchitis. That's right, lady, touch him and tell him that the Lord God has healed him. Isn't he wonderful, sir? You don't have it now. Your throat feels good. Doesn't it? If that's right, stand on your feet. I don't know you, do I? Never seen you. But your throat's all right, now. Jesus Christ healed you.
Is He alive tonight, audience? Do you believe Him with all your heart? Then you lay your hands on each other, and let's pray for you from here. Will you believe Him now that He's present? Put your hands on each other. Let us have prayer together. You pray for the person you got your hand on. If you're sick... See, I cannot heal. But let me tell you, if I never see you no more in this life, Jesus Christ's Spirit is here in this little group of people tonight, doing just exactly what He did in the days of His flesh. He's dwelling in our flesh, now, as the Vine, or the branch that's in the Vine. He's here.

L-81 That man setting out there with prostate trouble, sir, it's finished.
Up there with the tubercular. Forget about it. God made you well.
Oh, it's just happening everywhere. Now, pray the way you do in your church for them setting next to you. Believe me, if I have proven to you that Christ is not dead. He's alive, and He's here in the Spirit form of the Holy Ghost.

L-82 Bow your heads now; let us pray. You repeat this prayer. You--you pray this prayer when I repeat it. You say it out loud now. Almighty God... [Congregation repeats after Brother Branham--Ed.] Creator of heavens and earth,... Author of Everlasting Life,... and Giver of every good gift,... send Thy mercy, O God,... upon me your servant... I suffer, Lord God... I now believe... that Jesus Christ,... Your Son,... has risen from the dead... two thousand years ago,... and He's here tonight... in the form of the Holy Spirit... I believe... that this is He... Who speaks tonight... in my heart... and makes known... the things in my heart... And I now accept Him... as my Healer... and I promise God,... that I will serve You... all the days of my life... and use my strength... for Your glory.
Now, just keep your head bowed. That's your--that's your prayer. Stay shut in with God. Believe that He's with you now. Believe that the work's being done.

L-83 There will not be one feeble person in our midst in another minute of two if you'll just believe that. Now, I'm going to ask the Lord God to move Satan, which is the dark spirit. There's a Light Spirit, which is Christ, the Holy Ghost. Here, I'm going to ask Him to move that back, the dark spirit of unbelief or the shadows of superstition, that you would be moved out into the glorious Light of Christ, and would believe Him with all your heart, and you'll be healed.
Now, keep believing that He's near you, while I ask God to rebuke the evil spirit of unbelief.

L-84 Lord God, I am now fixing to leave this city. I may never be back again; I don't know. But I'll meet these people at Your judgment seat. And if I should come a year from today, many is here, elderly people, some of us will be gone. Lord, let them know by the Word and by the Spirit that You are here. And it's Your great omnipresence, Your omnipotent, infinite, omnipresent, omniscience. And I pray, God, that You'll grant the request of these people.
And now help, Lord, as we believe that You are here to take away all doubt, that the crippled can walk, and the blind can see, or whatmore that would be present. That heart trouble would stop. It's Your attitude towards each of them to heal them, just as You have these many that's been healed in here tonight. Grant it, Lord.
Help me now to have faith to drive back doubt, that faith might take it's place. And faith can take it's place, not upon the shifting sands of man's theology but upon the eternal Rock of God's everlasting Word. There it takes it's stand and looks into the face of a grave and sees Him Who said, "I am the Resurrection and Life. [John 11:25]

L-85 Satan, we charge thee by Jesus, God's Son, you are just a bluff. Jesus Christ died at Calvary and stripped you of every legal power you had. And the day is at hand, that this Gentile church should be called out, out of Babylon, out of confusion. And the great Holy Spirit is here tonight, not with something different, but with the same Spirit that was in Jesus Christ doing the same work. Satan, you have held these people as long as you can hold them. I charge thee, by the presence of the Holy Ghost, in the Name of Jesus Christ, turn these people loose. Come out of them. In the Name of the Lord Jesus.
Now, everyone in here that was sick, I don't care if you was crippled, blind, whatever it is, stand to your feet. Whatever was wrong with you, if you believe, stand to your feet, and you're healed right now in the Name of Jesus Christ. Rise up to your feet, every... There you are. If you couldn't raise up, raise anyhow. Come up. Had a crippled arm? Raise them. Listen through your ears, your eyes. All was healed, and been healed miraculously, wave your hands to God like this.

L-86 All right, ministers, the Lord bless you. While you remain standing, accepted your healing, I'm going to turn the service to Brother Sweet just at this time. Brother Sweet. And God be good to you till I see you again.
