HABAKKUK 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
II PETER 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
MATTHEW 24:22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
“God knowed the end from the beginning, therefore He could plan everything, that it would work out just to His glory. And that gives us courage, to know that no matter what comes or goes, God is making everything, the clock is ticking just exactly on time. 11 Sometimes we get weary, upset. We get hastily. We think, "Oh, we must do this, or do that." But, remember, God's clock will be just exactly on time. All these things has to be this way. It has to all be done according to His great knowledge, His foreknowledge, for by foreknowledge He could predestinate; not by His desire, but by His knowledge. God doesn't predestinate by His desire. He is not willing that any should perish, but by His foreknowledge He knew who would accept it and who would not. Therefore He can make everything work according to His big time clock that's ticking away, for He could foretell the end from the beginning. And, therefore, He knew that we would live in this day. He knew that this would be our day. He had plans for this day. He has had plans for every day. And never has one of His plans ever failed. He is always on time.” [63-1129 The Super Sign, Shreveport LA], [II Peter 3:9], [Romans 8:28-30]
“Four hundred years they would journey down there in Egypt, and be brought out. But they actually stayed four hundred and forty years, because of the rejection of the prophet. They had to suffer another, about forty years down there in the wilderness, before God brought them out. Moses was out in the wilderness forty years before he ever returned back to deliver them, you see. Forty years went overtime, lapsed, because that they rejected the message. Now, forty years in God's time would be about one and a half minutes, to our time. That's how much difference is. "Thousand years is only one day." See? Wouldn't be even a minute, hardly.” [63-0630M The Third Exodus, Jeffersonville IN], [Exodus 12:40-41], [II Peter 3:8]
“Now remember, when Moses met this burning bush, that Word was a vindicated exactly. It was the Word. Moses didn't have to worry, "What's this Voice all about? What is this Being here?" Because, God had already wrote on the Scripture, in Genesis, that, "Your people will sojourn in this strange land, but they'll be brought back after four hundred years, will come back into this country again, for the--the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet fulfilled." Now, hundreds and hundreds of years before, God had said that, "Israel would sojourn and be mistreated in a strange country, and would stay there four hundred years. But God, with a mighty hand, would bring them out." So, you see, with this burning bush... Moses knowed this, intellectually. And the seed that was born in him, was laying in his heart. And he tried, through his intellectual experience with the Word, to try to--to--to bring them out, to deliver them, because he knowed he was born for that purpose. He knowed that, the time. The Scriptures all said that they had already been there four hundred years. Just as we know now, as a man asked me a few moments ago, about the Coming and the Rapture. We know. We've lived the time out, at the time of the Rapture is at hand, and we're looking for a rapturing faith that can pull the Church together and give it some supernatural strength, that can change these bodies that we live in.[63-0714M  Why Cry Speak, Jeffersonville IN], [Genesis 15:13, 16], [Exodus 3:1-5], [I Thessalonians 4:15-18]
“The iniquity wasn't full yet, of the Amorites, so they had to linger and wait before the exodus. But when the Amorites got their iniquity filled, then there come a spiritual exodus, or natural exodus, to lead the people to a natural land, where a natural Amorite had once dwelt, called that their land. And the iniquity of the Amorite denomination has called themselves "the Church," so long, till their iniquity is about fulfilled. There's coming an exodus, where God will show who is who; where the Church Itself, the Bride of Jesus Christ, will be exodus-ed out, into the Land that's promised. "In My Father's House are many mansions, in this place." You don't have to go There and fight like they did. It's already prepared. If this earthly tabernacle dwelling be dissolved, we have one already waiting, "That where I am, there ye will be also." The great exodus at hand!” [63-0630M The Third Exodus, Jeffersonville IN], [Genesis 15:15-16], [John 14:2-3], [II Corinthians 5:1], [I Corinthians 15:50-58]
“And I believe that all these things has a time of lingering, waiting, but it's waiting for a time for the Scripture to be fulfilled, till everything gets right, everything in order, waiting. Many times we get pa-... impatient, like a child. We great... get great anticipations, and many times jump way ahead, and that--that just hinders the work, until the work gets caught up. See? We must just move reverently, have a purpose in heart that God, if He would desire to use us in such-and-such, but wait till He makes the opening, 'cause He has to go ahead of us. Remember David going to battle that night? He was weary about that fight, and he laid under those mulberry trees until he heard the Lord in the rumbling of the leaves, going before him. Then he went with courage, because he knowed that God had gone before him. And if we'd only do that, brethren. Knowing the battle must come, but we must wait till we see the hand of God going before us, to make a way.” [62-0601 Taking Sides With Jesus, Jeffersonville IN], [II Samuel 5:23-25], [I Chronicles 14:14-16], [I Kings 18:41-46]
“And every prophecy, everything that I know of that I can see in the Scripture has been fulfilled, already waiting for the coming of the Lord. And as I said last night, I believe that the coming of the Lord Jesus, second coming, is past due, already past due. And like it was in the days of Noah, the long-suffering, God waited not willing any should perish. And He's just waiting, waiting now with His long-suffering that His coming already past due, waiting to get the Church in order so the second coming can take place. What about that friend? What kind of people ought we to be? To realize that this day may be the last day that we'll ever be mortal. Tomorrow we may be immortal. This is the only day we may ever have in our life, the last meeting we'll ever set together, and work for the Kingdom of God. How ought this meeting to be conducted tonight then? With the very highest of reverence, that with all of our hearts, we're leaning to the Lord Jesus to give us every soul that's here that isn't converted, to help do something that'll cause the unbeliever and the lukewarm to look on and receive the Lord Jesus Christ.” [55-0120 The Seven Compound Names Of Jehovah, Chicago IL], [II Peter 3:9]
“And now anybody with spiritual understanding, remember, I keep quoting, spiritual understanding, you can see that the iniquity of this nation is filled up. She's organized and reorganized, and organized and organized. And now she's confederated, and joining with something else. The iniquity is filled up. It's time for exodus, time for a calling-out, to the promised Land. Not the promise, just another country to go to; but a Home, the Millennium, time for a calling-out.[63-0630M The Third Exodus, Jeffersonville IN], [Genesis 15:15-16]
